Prior to forming ALP Live, Louie was a successful freelance Event Manager for more than 7 years.

In 2024, Jade joined the team as the Operations and Projects Director. Prior to joining Eventuality, Jade worked as a freelance Event, Production, Tour and Health and Safety Manager throughout the global events industry. Fortunately, our team has only grown since.

Together, Louie & Jade rebranded the company to Eventuality. Now, with a combined events experience of over 40 years, Eventuality is the powerhouse disrupting the events sector by making dreams reality every day.

Eventuality now plans, produces and delivers events across the globe for a multitude of big and small brands.
